Year 1 – establishing 501c3 status, making AiB & AiM independently sustainable by getting them to edit content, translate and post (AoE will provide advisory, distribution and financial support), ascertaining the state of video advocacy (by reviewing AiB, Video Volunteers, Witness, Political Campaigns), curriculum development for software editing and content creation (use Luck of Seven as sample content), initiate open source framework conversation for volunteer translation tools
Year 2 – curriculum experimentation and translation, expand programs to include south-east asia & north america.
